I'm having my nails done this week and wanting something different.

What colour/patterns have you got on your fingers and toes, ladies?

I had acrylics most of last year and still growing out the damage... Nearly there and I can start again!

Cat eye or metallic looks great, always a fave.

I'm currently claret matt finish with some matching nail art on my hands and claret on my toes.

Try some IBX treatment. Some people find it helpful.

I think I just needed a change

but I had some amazing combinations before .. Nice juicy cherry red and rose gold. Cobalt blue and silver. I like a strong colour

We're you natural nails over filed?

I refuse to have drills on my nails because of the over filing.

And my nail tech uses plexi rather than acrylic.

I've cerise pink on my toes.

My fingers are three different shades of pink ranging from cerise to a sugary baby pink. Ring finger is baby pink with the outline of a wave crest in cerise. Middle nail is a mid pink with a palm tree silhouette in black. I've a fine subtle glitter topcoat on all except the ring finger - it had a normal plain topcoat

My last set were blue and a coral orange with a foiled ring finger that had a copper/blue shift. I loved them

Might sound weird, but I had my nails done in Magnetic Shellack, and I have to say everyone was crazy about them. Decided to go different colour on each nail, DM and i’ll send you a picture.

My nails desperately need to go back to the salon, but that's waiting for payday so I trimmed and tidied them myself for the meantime the other day.

Thought I'd picked a nice plummy purple colour.

Turns out it's heat reactive in the stupidest colour scheme, so now whenever my hands are warm my nails are icy blue, and when they're cold they're the nice deep purpley colour.

I quite like the gradient when my hands are warm but the air isn't though.
