I had a conversation earlier this week regarding Fabswingers and what it is these days, I wasn't on here 10 years or so ago when it was just purely a swinging website for swingers, but I think that's changed whether it's for the good or bad, but it's basically a fuck site imo, like all the others, I don't mean to be crass but it's how I see it, what's your thoughts? |

I'd say that all those using it to organise socials would disagree with you.
It's a fuck site for those just looking for a fuck.
It's a lot more for those looking more than a fuck.
If anything it's probably less of a fuck site than it used to be but there may be an increase in those who treat it as such. |

I think it is purely a case by case thing!
If you are on here looking for a quick fuck, then that’s what you’ll get. If you want to be part of the swinging community and attend clubs/events etc then you’ll have that
I think it’s a very versatile site with lots to offer to different mind sets |

Yep, very much this. It's not a fuck site for me - I've zero interests in casual fucking.
I've also got zero interest in relationships currently so I'm kind of using it as a sort of middle ground - finding people I connect with and enjoying friendships, whether fucking is involved or not. |

I agree 10 years ago it was a swinging site. Now a joke to many people are not even looking to meet up for sex, which if you look at the definition in the dictionary it says it the practice of engaging in group sex or the swapping of sexual partners within a group, especially on a habitual basis. |

Isn't it like everything people use it for whatever they are looking for. Some just want to fuck and go, some want to just chat, some just want to meet like minded people who they can have a laugh with.
Things change , way i see it use it for what suits you |

I've recently returned to Fab after a long period of ill-health so, for now, I'm just enjoying the Forums, and chatting with people I knew previously. When I feel ready I will be looking to 'swing' again with other couples, along with one of my male fwb's, who I first met here years ago |

I see fab as a place I can converse with other people in the scene yes it's a site to hook up but it's also so much more than just that if your a regular forum user then it's a place to chat about stuff with others it's a safe haven for some that don't want the world knowing more importantly it's just a good place to be on the positives out weigh the negatives |
