Update that the mother of the young boy with the brightly coloured plastic water pistol was told by the top cop on the ground that the boy was lucky he was not arrested. He was handcuffed and knocked off his bicycle. Is this justice n the city. What's going on here ? |

Wasting water is a capital offence, the red weather warning in Scotland is to stop people stealing the water as it falls. The police went easy on young Arthur Daley. |
