Some like the halfway house.
Others cannot bear the thought, feel incomplete as a woman and want it removed completely.
Which ever you choose you will still be the whole you and that's the most important thing.  |

I think you should take things slowly.
First hormones
Then live as a female
Breast op
Then when ur fully sure go for that as it is unreversible the final stage x |

Why? Surely it would only matter what you think.. if having it removed would more accurately represent who you are and you are comfortable with this level of permanent change go for it.
