Does coffee make anyone else

It's only after a couple of coffees, so I hope that's all it is. I don't take sugar, but I do enjoy a vanilla late from time to time and that csn be quite sweet. |

A Greggs vanilla latte contains 24g of sugar. RDA for adults is 30g. |

No but my sneezes smell like honey.
Google tells me it’s probably the result of the particular mixture of bacteria up my nose at that time. But it could be diabetes.
Which is a bit like saying my urgent shits are probably the result of that curry I had last night.
But could be bum disease. |

Espresso before exercise helps to burn calories! "
Does it really? I have read that caffeine helps boost performance for endurance exercise - which is why lots of energy gels contain caffeine. Don’t know if this is true or not. |

I actually was just going to say that it makes me poop! I think it's part of my IBS - the caffeine over-stimulates something in there. |
