Brighton

Anyone have a favourite dream or a location in a dream they like going too?

I have a fictional dream house that I love so much that I sometimes invite my kids to come vist me there in their dreams.

It’s weird when you think you’ve woken up twice that day.

Oh, it’s a little related.

I’ve woke with that palalysed thing for real. That was the weirdest thing. Couldn’t move fit what felt like minutes. Eyes open, completely awake bit literally, I couldn’t move. I got a little worried. .

I hate dreams of work, and then having to go to work.

Your body is designed to stop you moving while you sleep. If it didn't paralyse you you would act out the movements in your dreams. Nothing to worry about you woke up mentally before your body did.

Yep. I knew what was happening, … but still didn’t stop me worrying when you try to move and can’t. Haha. It was weird.

Last month I had a General Anaesthetic. The nurse said that while I was coming round in the recovery room I reached for an invisible phone and spent a while imaginary texting on it !
