I've never found nationality to have any impact on it...
I think when you can feel someone really relax in to it and they hold you that little bit closer and it feels right. Good. Calming.
When you fit together well and it feels right. When you stop hugging it's a brief "oh" moment.  |

When you're both so comfortable with it that you really press against each other with no awkwardness and can enjoy the feeling of closeness and contact with another person's body, freely given without reservation. |
