Sometimes those niggles, waves of doubt and general questioning of everything just hit when you least expect.
So, what do you do when negativity strikes? How do you deal with it? |

It depends what I'm questioning. If it's a person, I take the time to acknowledge it and listen to my intuition. If its a situation, I have a word with myself and let my brain have its moment of assuming the worst. Once it's out my system, I can think logically again but the process needs to happen.
Otherwise listening to music puts me at peace. |

Remind myself that there are no wrong emotions and that it will pass, then let myself feel how I feel.
I haven't found in my life that trying to fight how I feel yields more positive results. Perhaps sometimes it's necessary in the short-term, but I don't think it's a healthy long-term strategy for me. |
