When I was a young girl I remember watching Poltergeist, despite been told multiple times not to watch it, I stole the tape and watched it one afternoon with the curtains closed while the adults was out.

I still got childhood trauma

No doubt, I don't think there was anytime or money put into the actual filming and it was selling itself purely on the fact that it's Winnie the Pooh, the least spent, the most made.

Pooh by name, Pooh by nature.
