No way-not with kids in the house. Mine are teenagers and would absolutely hit the roof!
Absolutely not appropriate. If I was to turn up to someone’s house and she had her kids there I would be off. Can’t believe anyone would even think about it with kids around. |

Thanks everyone, i thought that’s what everyone would think .I feel exactly the same, for me it’s a no no . Just wouldn’t feel comfortable with it , and I don’t know how they would feel comfortable doing it . |

I wouldn't do it. I did have an experience where someone's kid called me "mum" but it's all avoidable and shouldn't happen, if people are honest, give full disclosure and have respect for everyone. |

Absolutely not! Never anywhere where there are children of any age or where they might turn up. I have had this suggested and declined as politely as I could, but that probably wasn’t very polite. I find the idea repulsive, never mind actually doing it. |
