Even Fancy Dress comes under scrutiny these days with accusations of racism, stereotyping, cultural appropriation and the like..

What areas are still free ..

Is it still OK to dress like scousers with big permed hair, droopy moustaches and shell suits ....

Permed hair, moustache, shell suits.

That could just have easily have been my dad in the 80s and early 90s

couple, us we him her.

Dressing like a posh twat seems to be ok.

An ill fitting crumpled suit and blonde shaggy wig.

Or

Same as above but with tangoed skin and a trump wig.

.

How about a Scotsman, Ginger wig and kilt, Irishman, leprechaun suit,

African tribesman multi-coloured garments.

Where do you draw the line ?

or is a line ?

Doesn't bother me at all if people want to dress up to look like stereotypical people,

Most people from them areas wont care either, just probably bored of other people assuming that's how they all dress and act because they live there.

As a scouser I'd find it funny and wouldn't take offence at all

This pretty much.

Some people don't care if you dress up like them and poke some fun, some do. Just enjoy life and let the offended heap offence upon themselves
