I was down at a 1-2, but then I saw the OP’s delightful bottom, that’s perked me up to a 5-6. That’s gone up to an 8-9, with the knowledge of meeting up with a wonderful fabber for some for some coffee n cake. |

Its a 10 for me.
I woke up this morning The sun is shining, and I have no work to go to so just back from the beach. Also I am an eternal optimist so what is there to worry about eh?

Probably about 9, but that's cos I have done touristy things, the sun's out and 19° feels warm, I've eaten well, and now having an afternoon siesta.
A 10 would be if someone gorgeous was in bed with me (not a bloke thx  ) |

Im a 9. The sun is out. The birds are singing( lovely sound). My work has gorn well. So far anyway. Beer is chilling. Hot tub is calling. What else do i need. |

That's a bloody good day. I lost a friend on Thursday.
So, yes, every day is a good day. There are challenges, but it's how we face them that counts. And you have a bloody good attitude. If I knew how to do the heart emoji, I would. |

Now maybes a 6 now it’s Sunday evening, why are Sunday night so depressing?I don’t mind my work and Even if off work Monday they still depressing maybe it’s ingrained from being at school haha |

You got this bro. Exercise has done wonders for my self image. You become proud of your body as you build it up. You don’t have to be Arnold. I always had issues with my knees and legs. Getting really into cycling has strengthened them a lot and really improved my body image.
Now I’m proud of my legs.
Weird statement but it’s true.
Making exercise just a side effect of a super fun hobby for me was the key. I get bored to death sat in a gym for hours but getting out and exploring is where it’s at for me.
