Is there a way of deleting message history ? IE who you've sent messages to in tbe past, and who's sent you messages ?

Deleting the account seems pretty effective for that

You can delete all messages from inbox and all sent ones I think OP

Go to messages.

Select Menu.

Choose either delete all, or delete all read.
