Actually didn't read the whole post there op sorry haha got distracted
I love cooking curries, I find the smells of frying onions and spices pleasantly intoxicating
I also love doing a roast dinner when I've got plenty of time. Always make my own Yorkshires |

I am easily distracted myself also a big lover of curry especially a chickpea curry! Roasts I can take it or leave it these days don’t like the tired feeling after a good stuffing! |

A nice quick meal when we can't be arsed is:
Fry onions and garlic
Add chopped bell pepper
Add half/whole jar of chipotle paste and any other spices or herbs you want (eg epazote)
Add tin of black or kidney beans
Add tin chopped tomatoes
Crack eggs on top
Cook til done (obviously)
Can have with tortillas if you want |
