The sun is out in Brighton and I'm sitting outside a cafe watching the world go by.

What would you cake choice be for such an activity?

I love a bit of people watching when I'm in a nice coffee shop. Maybe on a sunny day, I could go for a nice and moist lemon drizzle and blueberry muffin
