I have a bank holiday week.

I will mostly try not to put weight on by eating constantly all day every day.

I don't hold much hope.

Catching up on jobs after two weeks holiday, so mowing the lawn, gardening, laundry, shopping...

Off to see The Red Hot Chilli Pipers in Harrogate tomorrow night for some Bagrock, then a local music festival on Sunday - my band are playing, and I'll be wandering around the venues seeing lots of great, local musicians.

Monday will be mainly sleeping!
