I've just had a thought, there may be an unread message within one of the chat conversations, maybe try scrolling down to the start of each message for a few them or all of them if you want. I had that a while back |

Yep no joy. Tried logging in on hubby’s phone too it’s the same x"
if you let the messages build up to the point they dissappear off your screen maybe  |
