North East Scotland, mostly

We’ve all got our favourite snacks. But what dream snack combos do you enjoy?

Right now I’m eating stewed rhubarb and Aldi knock off biscoff biscuits. Epic combo.

Also a fan of coleslaw scooped on a ready salted crisp.

St Leonards

Proper crunchy salty fatty pork scratchings and cold (sparkling, obvs) Vimto.

Let the scratchings dance in your mouth for a few seconds, then a sip of Vimto, let them play, masticate the two together, swallow, then just a glug of Vimto to refresh the palate.

Repeat.

That is an epic suggestion! Crushed ginger nuts in the topping also works.
