A smoothie consisting of a banana, peanut butter, mixed seeds, cacao, spirulina, skimmed milk, oats.

Occasionally swap banana for ripe mango or papaya. Hits the spot and keeps me going till lunch.

Sometimes go for poached eggs, smashed avocado on sourdough too.
