Is there a type of food you didn’t like as a kid but now do?

One you used to love but now don’t?

We used to eat a lot of offal. As a kid I hated it. Now I like liver and bacon with mash and peas and a good onion gravy

I used to like cockles as a kid, I'd hoover them up but now whenever I have them for a bit of nostalgia I think "how the fuck did I ever like these!"

I always find them a bit gritty.

But used to love going to the beach and seeing the seafood stand with all the bits on it.
