Keep busy and try hard to realise although connection and appreciation are a lovely thing... You dont actually néed it. Be kind to yourself and find a new hobby. |

I have done a lot over the last few years in various ways. I addressed it at work and now have a clear path to where I want to be. I’ve spoken to those that matter about specific things that make me feel crap. And I’ve removed people from my life that took the piss the most. Things are now getting better. |

5 years ago after 34 years with the same company I felt underappreciated so I walked away and took up another role with a different company.
It didn't quite go to plan because covid appeared a year later and I lost that job as a direct consequence.
I'm now working for two thirds of what I was on then but much happier and feeling appreciated. |

How about in a relationship, have you ever felt taken advantage of and unappreciated. I seem to always find the same sort of women that takes advantage and not in a good way |
