… go for a run.

You’ll realise that your physical health is in a much worse state than your mental health

And that one minute of running is longer than one minute of microwaving pizza... just saying.

Visit Sunderland and you’ll realise however bad it is, at least you don’t live there.

All over

Fresh air certainly helps but I would probably walk rather than run.

I'd love to come up to the toon & watch them play & win

You want to come down to the Midlands if you think it's bad up north !

We’ve got Spurs tomorrow. The way we’re playing you won’t get the chance to watch us win this week.

If I'm feeling sad I just think "you could be running at the moment" and I immediately think things could be so much worse and cheer up.

By the way if any of you see me running please kill whatever is chasing me.

I (Luke) run several times a week and I'm getting noticeably fitter.

If I'm feeling sad I do something that feels enjoyable in a comforting sort of way. I save running for when I'm more emotionally robust

I'm not sad. I had a nice drive out of the city, with a hobble along beside a river, & through a forest, some nice photos, and stopped for some dinner on the way home.

Fear not, though, normal grumpy service will be reumed later.

You never see runners smiling, they’re punishing themselves.

North Welsh Borders

I put my dog in the car and we go into the mountains....I need that connection with nature and I need to focus on my dog when I'm in that space
