On fab? Probably that I’m genuinely dull. I think they see a woman’s profile and think ‘the elusive single female. So mysterious and majestic’ then they meet.

All the ones I know have dyed their hair. As soon as they do that, they start acting normally again.
Eughh, women were fun before the government got involved, pushing all this positive mental health stuff.

Actually, the one thing that did surprise people, when my daughter was a baby, was how good I was with her. By this, I mean that quite a few people who knew my wife and I superficially, or by association, thought I was vaguely scary and dark (yeah, no idea...). Anyway, they apparently couldn't see me interacting with children, and got a surprise seeing me carrying my little girl, playing with her, talking to her, and generally just being a normal dad. This was especially something expressed by women. It still makes me laugh.  |
