Freaked out the other day after eating some and forgot hours later when my piss was like a pair of 80's socks.

Bloody nice beetroot though. Sweet spicy stuff from tesco. Can recommend

its not what ive found to be and i have beetroot everyday in a sandwhich.

i presume if it was the only food that you was eating then yes its possible to change your colour.
