I'm a certified mouth breather so don't have that problem. I only use my nose when I get fed up of tasting smells. |

Get your old face masks out of the drawer.
My asthmatic friend said the walks that she was able to go on during winter lockdown were the easiest for her as the air going into her lungs was kept warmer so reduced the effort she needed and was able to walk further more comfortably. |
