We are having lots of trouble with the toilets constantly blocking, drain guy thinks it could be the toilet paper we are using as it does not seem to be dissolving as it should. Said some of these recycled papers are like that, i have brought a couple of sheets home and put it in a jug of water and keep string it, its been about 4 hours now and no sign of it dissolving.
Anyone else found this problem ?

If they use paper hand towels sometimes some people put them down toilets which will cause the problem

I guess that's what we will be doing now, the problem had been going on for some time before anyone said it could be the paper with the large amounts sitting in the pipes.
