Do you like who you are? I'm not talking physically, we all know we'd alter various body bits with a magic wand.

But. If you could wave that magic wand and alter some personality traits, would you? What would you change?

I’d like to be more sociable. Especially in group situations. They petrify me to the point that I just don’t put myself there anymore. I avoid groups of people.

I am so ravaged by menopause hormones that I just want to feel like my normal self. I haven't got the capacity to consider what I'd change, plus I'd probably get brain fog and forget anyway. 😅

On balance, I like who I am and where I'm going, which incorporates change anyway.

Aside from improving some basic cognitive functions - memory, creativity, intelligence - I would like to erase the emotional legacy of what happened before. It would be nice to approach people with optimism instead of cynicism. I used to be this way, and I would like to be again.
