My best was a few months ago when I turned 40. I had a fabulous party and saw lots of family and friends I hadn't seen in ages.

30 was a low as I had terrible morning sickness and just lay on the sofa feeling like shit.

We celebrate our birthday as a family with the kids. I turned 50 last birthday and we had a gorgeous meal at one of my favourite restaurants.

I have erased from my memory any negative birthdays from years ago.
