abruzzo Italy (and UK)

Mojito, lime, mint and sugar crushed together with white rum and topped up with soda, or prosecco if you’re feeling more decadent

Aperol spritz, equal mix of Aperol, prosecco and soda

Margarita- salt rim glass, tequila with triple sec or Cointreau and some sweet and sour mix (lemon juice, lime cordial and some sugar syrup)
