Competency with DIY.
It’s just fucking sexy when you can fix something/make something/always appear to know how everything works. Car troubles? No worries. Want a custom wardrobe unit in that gap? No problem. Oh you want a shelf there? You can’t on that wall but let me sort that and make you a shelf out of reclaimed wood.
