In a significant relationship, 10 years both ways.
I was with a woman 10 years older (18 and 28) then started seeing a girl 10 years younger when that ended (28 and 18). |

Male here, 28 years, 16 years, 15 years, 14 years. I think there's a trend here.
If I'm honest the sex was fab, but really they didn't last I think because of the gap.
28 years lasted 16 months, 16 years last 3 months she was a looney, 15 years 6 months another loony, 14 years 6 years she was lovely but we drifted apart but did lived together.
Another trend me thinks .
It's hard work , but mentally I found they were on a different plant mostly.
The two short relationships were often a Red flag I should of seen, there's a post on here about Red flags.
The 16 month relationship was lovely too, she wanted more than I could give ( and I don't mean in the bedroom).
She had a very old head on her shoulders but I think I didn't take her serious enough in her needs. Eg she wanted us to move in together.
I suppose fear in me put a stop to that, but we all make decisions.

I ended it as I can't have kids and she wanted kids. She said we can adopt but I couldn't deprive her of being a mother. |

When I was 16 I hooked up with a 34yo! Had a thing for older women ever since! Dont get me wrong I dont mind younger bt older women tend not to beat around the bush when getting what they want! I appreciate that! |

I was early 20's and she was late 50's...I contacted her through that old contact magazine 'Phoenix'...we didn't know each others ages before meeting and the first thing she said to me when she opened the door was 'bloody hell, how old are you?'(I looked very young for my age back then lol).
I found the experience quite erotic tbh. |

Id massively disagree.
It depends on your mindset and needs.
14 years older and now 18 years younger and it wasn't the age gap that ended the first.
But it's about what you expect and need from a partner. Also what they are like.
Its about finding someone on your wavelength, not someone in your age bracket. |

Just sex, I've done 12 years older and 10 years younger (36 to his 26) but that's the youngest I'd go I think. Happier to go a bit older if the attraction is there.

Well I have gone to both extremes
When I was younger in my early 20’s I met an older lady on a night out. She was married and told me so. I said the immortal words ‘and that makes what difference?’ So for a year or so after that I was fucking a married MILF in her late 40’s
Now I am the older guy in a FWB type situation with a 28 year old. I’m 46 so 18 year gap.
