I imagine in lots of circumstances, yes. There are so many things I know that I wish I could unknow.
I remember having a breakdown mid degree for this very reason. |

It’s one of those subjective things isn’t it, there are things in life that you just don’t need to know about and knowledge of them would only lead to distress and anxiety, but on the other hand, there are things that had you known about you could have responded in a way that that would have prevented distress and anxiety.
That was quite a sensible answer by my standards, I’m a bit shocked to tell the truth, I hope I’m not coming down with something  |
