Morning All, any of you guys and girls doing the Couch to 5K, I started it 3 weeks ago, just wondering how you're finding it?

Plus looking for a Running (no speed demon) Buddy in the Newcastle under Lyme area if anyone is interested?

I did this when recovering from a calf injury, as I have a habit of getting injured and rushing into it again. I didn't start from week one or two so did it in six weeks, but it was a really good method for overcoming some niggling issues. Good luck with it.

"I have a habit of getting injured and rushing into it again."

This. I was working to as target date without any slack in my programme.

Thinking of doing it again (currently injured) but without fear of going back a few weeks / restarting in order to consolidate things.

I’m not sure my recovery is that great.
