Today is lovely weather for a ride... almost makes me want to get back on it. Almost. |

Always loved motorcycles. A cheap (ish) thrill. Riding them, working on them, and making them better and racing them. I've had a 900ss Ducati since the late '90s, and currently also own a 200cc F. B. Mondial Extra Lusso, and a Velocette project. Women seem to like that lovely vibration through the seat at just the right revs! |

"Got to be the fireblade always
Brilliant ain't they.
I've got the 954rr3, what's yours? X
Same as mine.. always think that was the best of the fireblades myself.. "
They absolutely are, it's even documented that they were the best.
They are now becoming collectors items, DON'T get rid of it! X |

Biker here, managed to get out on dry roads for the first time this year yesterday. Rode to a meet, leathers discarded on the sitting room floor (never made it as far as the bedroom!). Had some frolics. A fine day out.
Still a bit cold and windy though. |

I have a few
From 50cc crappy vespa & chinese nonsense to my biggest bike now, a Triumph Daytona 675
ATM my favourite is a 1980 Yamaha XT500 I imported from South Africa during lockdown. Not fast but loads of fun
There's a 1959 BSA C15 in my workshop too which smells lovely but is about as reliable as sunshine in Wigan
The Cagiva is one of 570 & I still need parts for it to be road legal...
I sold the GSXR1100 because I couldn't use the power for more than 5% of the time & a mate of mine prised my Ducati from my grip for silly money as it was stupidly low mileage (and I would sooner Potter about on the XT tbh) |

Back in the day I had an FZR1000RU & hair so long that I could sit on it. My then girlfriend used to plait it as it used to get so tangled in the wind, loads of blokes & white van men used to ogle me at traffic lights "eyup love!"
Until I lifted my visor & shot them a look "bloody hell, its a bloke!"
I'm 6'2" & at the time I was like a racing snake...🤣🤣

"Bikes are extremely addictive, currently have 15 which is crazy I know and have promised myself many times No more bikes but then the latest weapon arrives and you think oh maybe just one more."
If I had the room I'd be the same |

I used to be all about the 2 wheel life. Full time no car even as an option. Until I'd an accident that put me out for 6 months. Was slowly coming around to the idea of rebuilding her a while later and lost somebody close to me on 2 wheels. It kinda put the nail in the coffin for me |

Mz250 ts 1974 here in bumble bee yellow and black. Snores like a diesel powered generator and usually arrives at a destination as everyone is leaving.
Her name is Lazy Maisy.
I love her, don't laff. |

My husband has a super duc, he came to visit me on it on my lunch hour a few times. It always made me laugh hearing people say "is that a helicopter I can hear" when he pulled up to my work building. It's bloody loud and bold and impossible to hide just like me, I wonder why he loves it so much?! Lol
