Good morning
Today I'm feeling thankful. I've been stuck under a bit of cloud for, well I don't know how long. It's been so easy to forget the positives in my life. It's something we all do from time to time, we take things for granted, and we dwell too much on what we don't have over being thankful for what we do have.
So what two things in your life are you thankful for? |

Same here, that cloud has been making things gloomy for a while, but the signs of spring and sunshine are helping escape it a little.
I try to stay grateful for the good things too, talking time to appreciate family and the place I live in, all too often the good things get hidden by the day to day stresses and problems, but they are not the things that persist I need to make myself remember that! |

I am thankful for the life I have, yes there are hard times and times I wish my life was something else BUT I have started to appreciate how good my life actually is and how many amazing people are in it.
No longer looking at other's life comparing it to mine |

Hi, Miss Bella, I did a similar thread yesterday, but I think yours is better!
I have a lot going on at the moment and I also think it's important to find positives.
Today, the sun is out. Sunshine is a fantastic mood enhancer.
Two things I am thankful for?
Having Mr. FC as my husband
Tea. Copious amounts of tea.

Glad to hear you've identified it and things are looking brighter. It's so easy to become consumed in our negative emotions. |

So I had a meeting booked at work with a colleague this morning, he messaged this morning to say he's been taken into hospital overnight.
So this morning I am thankful for my health, thankful that I am free, thankful that I am able to go wherever & whenever I should choose to go.
After all that, I am sitting at home, working from home. |

I've been trying to make a conscious effort to be thankful for things I might take for granted.
We've got our health, fridge full of food (very important to me😅) the sun is appearing regularly and the signs of spring is on the way x |

Friends/Family is one, I count them as one because some friends (and their families) are like family to me.
The other is my motorbike - a bit of escapism and time to reflect on my own, but with the added rush of adrenalin from time to time. |

Oh I'm sorry I missed your thread, I wasn't around much yesterday! But isn't it a great sign that the time of year brings us joy.
Tea and a loving husband, what more could you need? 🥰

There's always someone worse off, health is a big one to be thankful for. Wishing your colleague a speedy recovery |

I love the positivity in threads like these. I think we all have our dark days (some darker than others), and to acknowledge there IS light to be found, and more importantly, sharing that light, is a wonderful thing.
The two things I am grateful for is forgiveness, whether that be mine, or for me, and the future; whatever it holds, I'm just glad I have one... |

It costs nothing to spread a bit of positivity around the place. Forgiveness is a wonderful thing. Especially when forgiving yourself. Here's to the future, whatever it looks like |

The sun & food what a great combo, plus if we're wishing to add;
Boobies! The world is a better place with lots of Boobies, different shaped boobies, different coloured boobies, boobies with big nipple's, boobies with small nipple's, soft boobies, firmer boobies.
I could write a 1000 word essay on the topic Boobies! Discuss. |

Great thread OP and sending a big 🌬 to Cymru to blow some of your clouds away.
Reasons to be cheerful
1. Week off work, in fact half of March as I've got to use my holiday up before end of month.
2.Got a ticket to see Beck in London in April, one of my favourites but never seen him live before.

I'm thankful for the positive outcome from the hard personal growth that has required a lot of effort and reflection to reach the really good place that I am today. The future is never written, but there are pathways that I couldn't imagine this time last year.
I'm also thankful for my health and those near and dear to me. |

A bit of a mixed bag recently with some stuff but all we can do is stay positive and thankful for the good things which sometimes we take for granted. Looking after your own wellbeing is crucial, especially when others also rely on you. To those who are struggling, sending best wishes for much better times very soon. |

I'm thankful for the light!
I'm having a challenging work week, so I'm focusing on reminding myself that I'm good at what I do and I can achieve what I want to, if I just put my mind to it and get my sexy arse in gear. The sunshine is helping with that. |

I'm pretty much in the middle of that dark cloud right now and the fog is heavy.
However, I'm grateful that I get to live as my true self, I'm grateful the sun's out and I'm grateful for well stocked sales rails in clothes shops. |
