Guitar.
I'd put a guitar in your lap and show how to tune it in standard tuning.
Then I'd show you some open chord shapes.
..I might even move onto bar chords, which is difficult at the beginning, but going by the answer u gave for the person above yourself, I think your fingers and wrists could take it.  |

I guess teaching by example is the most common method of practical teaching - so, I could teach how to string and fire a longbow and recurve bow with the aim of hitting a target Boss
( and not a passing passenger aircraft ) |
