Been a couple of threads lately bashing single guys or questioning why we’re here.
On the flip side, for the amount of single guys on here, there’s a significantly high percentage of them not paying for site support etc. |

I read alot of posts saying there is not enough single fems on here, so why not increase the price for single men and make it free for single females?
Also part of the site ( fab extra) should be for couples and single females only unless a single male is invited in by the above on a 24 hour pass . |

Better for everyone’s needs if we had to pay a bit more then their would be a lot less people on here that’s just interested in collecting pictures not everyone has to pay to be a site supporter. |

There really is no issue at all
It actually helps single males to stand out from each other by being respectful, reading a profile and contacting those that you think you may align to rather than a scatter gun approach of messaging all
However I would say if you want to talk about statistics and with nothing to back it up as Sydney university haven’t replied yet that as a percentage of users to messages there are as many disrespectful couples and woman, just the amount of men on here makes it seem they are more prevalent

Forget pricing and just get some level of proper verification on here. Even if it's just to verify yes you are a woman, couple, man when you sign up to deter catfishes and limit the amount you can do before you get legitimately photo and age verified.
Personally, if there were no single men on here I would be much less inclined to use it as they are my main interest, and I know some fantastic men who are are on here as "singles". Tarring everyone with the same brush is unhelpful.
I have tried other swing apps/sites and for all it's faults I still prefer fab to all of them by far. If you don't like it, use a different site 🤷🏻♀️ |

Single men aren't the problem, we like single men. But single men that think this site is just an easy way to get free sex is the problem. Yes as swingers we love sex, that's why we're here, but the amount of single guys that message us like we owe them our time, put next to no effort in their profile, their pictures and their messages or have not even bothered reading our profile is just crazy. Unfortunately it really is the majority that ruin it for the few when it comes to single men, because every once in a while a real gem appears and we are happy to engage in conversation and potentially meet. But that is very rare. Also guys need to remember, there are so many of you competing for the same thing and couples and women can't entertain everyone, there's just not enough time. I think there's widespread happiness having single men in the scene and Fab 
Site supporter fees aren't huge revenue earners, hence why they've not changed in years. The Fab model is it's a free site, with optional extras if you'd like a little more of things.
Just be responsible for yourself and use the service wisely, so you likely get maximum benefit  |

The site being free or cheap will attract anyone and everyone.
We’ve been members of other sites and have paid more and there’s hardly any ‘wanna fuck now types’, so I get the OP’s point that a higher fee would definitely detract the ‘chancers or wanking dead’.
However it’s this site which we’ve never left as we’ve invariably found it better in terms of what we want for a swinging site.
95% of the people on this site aren’t going to be our type but finding that diamond is worth dealing with the people who do things differently on here.

Going off my 14 years on this site I have found that the ratio of how many single men are on the site to how many men thinks it's insta-shag and who send out messages without any thought put into them is way way way less when comparing it to the couples ratio concerning the same issues.
So many couples on here lately bitching about the single men, and how the site is. Why are those couples in here if it's so bad.
Bugger off and leave our single men alone.

This might be a little off topic but does anyone think that all site users should be photo verified and maybe have a minimum number of photos ( not necessarily face or explicit) say 3 like a dating app. Possibly having to take that time would put some off the blank profiles off joining. Just a thought. |

Site supporter fees are optional. Anyone can use the site for free.
There's also an abundance of filters to stop people you're not interest in from contacting you - age and gender being the two main ones. If you're looking for single men but don't want all and sundry messaging you then you can block incoming mail from them (as well as any other gender/segment if you wish) and be proactive, contact those that catch h your eye and not sit back and wait for incoming mail.
You can also filter out unverified people, new profiles and those with no visible pictures.
You can choose what to display publicly and what privately to avoid the so called 'pic collectors'.
If people used the tools available to them, were as proactive as they often are reactive, and used the two most effe time tools going - the delete button and the block button - when dealing with unwanted mail then I suspect the stress levels sometimes seen on here would be greatly reduced.
I switched to Fab from another site 17 years ago. I've seen many others spring up. I've never used anywhere else and honestly don't feel the need. There isn't a site around that offers you what Fab does either for free, or for the minimal cost of being a site supporter. 🤷♂️

I see quite a few new single women, and a few new couples profiles put a status up of how hammered they get upon joining.Quite often leading to a profile deletion shortly after.
I know there are site tools to stop people messaging if you don’t want them to, but how about a limit to the amount of messages new profiles can receive in any given period? This may stop new people becoming so overwhelmed in the first few days of being on the site, and lead them to sticking around longer.

I've never spoken to anyone in all my years here who would be open to increased charges.
Every time this subject arises many people who have been members of other sites have all said the pricing structure was one of the main reasons they left and joined fab. Most have said that pricing did nothing to improve their experience.
This site certainly isn't perfect but the rules apply to everyone and are implemented by mods and admin.
Everyone who joins has agreed to and accepted those rules but unfortunately many then believe the site should change to suit their personal preference when in reality all the tools they need are already available.
It's an adult site for adult members. It's not a crèche.

It has helped us find suitable people to play with and become friends with. Long may it continue in its existing format.

Can't understand the problem with single males myself, we have two adds one for me personally as a single cd bi male looking for bi guys.

It's always funny that those who use the existing tools don't start threads complaining about the type of messages they receive or from who.
Those who are inundated with mail from people they don't want to chat to or they feel are not compatible seem to put more effort into complaining about it than they do in proactively preventing it from happening in the first place.
Surely if you are getting so much unwanted attention that should answer the question as to why you need to use the tools? |

Which we do see continuously as we keep up to date with reading all messages and don't leave hundreds unread in our inbox. It costs quite a lot to be a single male in there, whereas the ladies can use it completely free of charge. This sounds crap for the guys, but what it results in is; an almost 1:1 male:female ratio. Everyone is on here for the same reason, which I think gets forgotten about sometimes on these threads. Single guys are wanting sex as much as Peter and Sally who've been swingers for years, or Becky the uni student who's wanting a few quick one night stands in her new city.
Having said that, unfortunately where it can fall down is there are an awful lot of guys on here who I think genuinely believe it is no different to T*nder or the like: a site full of people permanently horny and wanting to meet for sex right now. There's a lot of people who complain about very poor messages and endless cock shots - we were speaking to a female friend recently who showed us her inbox. It was overflowing, a lot of messages were the "hey how are you your're gorgeous", most included dick pics and she said 99% didn't actually read her profile, understand what she was looking for, and message (or not) accordingly. She felt they viewed her photos and videos - she admitted there are nudes and quite sexual so probably will get the heart racing - and hit the message button thinking with their cocks instead of their brains.
Our only "really....God sake" moments with single male profiles is seeing on the forums the same topics being posted day in day out by blokes clearly looking for wanking material - the "wank over your wife", "horny dirty filthy chat", "cock over your wife's picture" type ones, you know the ones I mean. To us, they don't do themselves any favours and are also probably the ones whinging they can't find a meet and why is no one messaging them?
We don't look for single guys hence they're blocked from messaging - we used to have them open but had quite a few bad experiences with unsolicited messages. However, we've also had a couple of socials in the past and talked to some who we've "bonded with" in the forums and all have been really nice, pleasant people you'd happily have a drink with.

Fab is THE ONLY site I am aware of, which I, as a single male, can use completely free of charge, to meet likeminded single ladies, or couples looking for a guy for extra fun.
I’ve been using this site for 13 years now, and have paid silver site supporter membership all that time, for the extra benefits it gives. Paying to use this site quite possibly wouldn’t have altered how ‘successful’ I have been over the years, but I have certainly enjoyed my time in here, and have no plans to stop using it.
Compare using Fab, completely free of charge, with no restrictions access 24-7, to visiting a swinger club as a single guy; only ‘allowed’ in at certain times, often quite horrendous gender-biased fees, and rarely genuinely welcomed or included once inside…..
