Make the best simple chicken curry by sautéing onions, garlic, and ginger, then adding chicken pieces, curry powder, and coconut milk. Simmer until cooked, and serve with rice—easy peasy, curry squeezy!

Wife dose a grate curry. Chicken Mango, Butter pannier, daysack, Bom Bay potato and rotas. Oh and rice.
