I'm up coughing like my lungs are gonna explode....
But I often find just counting helps. Keep counting and it stops the brain overthinking about anything else.
Overthinking when tired is my usual insomnia problem |

i like reading not on phone to wind me down, but then i get engrossed in my book
but for a great nap i’ve found putting random documentaries on YT very napable, i like the background noise and have a great sleep 🤣 |
