An omelette to me is a low effort light lunch so I never really do anything good exciting!
Usually just three eggs whisked with some pepper chilli flakes and chives, cheese and onion inside. 10/10 |

Anything .. my go to’s are peppers, sausage meat, lardons, mushrooms, onions at least four eggs needed to go over cooked ingredients and once cooked on the bottom , grated cheddar on top then under the grill |

I love a good omelette, especially with mozzarella to make it stringy
But I think my main contribution to the thread is putting it under the grill for the last few minutes in order for it to expand in thickness and make it quite a cushion
As a student, he was a lifeline!
