Are you a moaner?
Do you like to moan about things?
Write an email or phone and complain or say your bit to someone
Or
Do you think we are all just doing our best, sometimes it’s just no ones fault and actually may just be you in a bad mood
Do you ever leave positive feedback on a meal you may have had or a service you’ve received |

I only complain if it’s really bad.
For example, I took the kids on holiday to a caravan park once, and the caravan we were given hadn’t been cleaned. So I complained, politely but to the point.
But I am also very quick to send letters or emails of thanks if had a good time, was looked after or if someone went above and beyond.
I sent letters to my kids Primary school telling them how supportive they had been with me in helping my youngest get the help he needed for his speech and language issues and copied in the Local Authority.

If it's a minor thing in a cafe or something, it depends on a few things, such as if they're really busy or clearly short staffed, I give the benefit of the doubt.
If there's something major like airlines, large retailers then I'll be polite yet firm in my complaint |

I complain if it's something worth complaining about. I complained about the hotel I stayed in last weekend because the room was not really suitable, despite claiming to be for wheelchair users. I could not use the room safely or properly. |

This question made me laugh.
I was with a friend today and we're ordering our food on one of those screens and they clicked on one option for a chicken burger and I said 'three chicken goujons? that's going to make that hard to hold then and an onion ring? so that's going to be both of those sliding around---' and my friend just hit the back button and I looked at them and said 'hey! I wasn't done complaining about that chicken burger' and they said 'I know, but I figured I got the point enough to know that was a no from you' and it made me laugh. |

I'd rather email about an issue or complaint tbh, and will only do so if it was really necessary.
I love leaving positive feedback for someone who's gone above and beyond to make your experience a great one.
Three Disney cast members helped make our trip amazing last year and I felt I had to leave feedback, and I hope it got back to them because they were outstanding |
