Does this site actually make you in some ways oblivious to sex and nudity
Back in the day (yes I’m old) to see some form of nudity or read erotica you needed a trip to the newsagent or wherever to get a magazine
Now you can have ready access to nudity and sexual photos or videos does that in many ways down play the need for more.
Some, not all, will just want the release of an orgasm, without the contact or the process of meeting etc and some will say it is near on impossible to get a meet. So with the ready made sex content on the internet is that enough for you most of the time, or, do you feel that because it is around you all the time that actually the fun of it or the excitement is slightly removed

Sex? No. Not at all. The excitement is still there, I wouldn't be fucking if the fun was removed.
I still see people naked for the first time in actual person, still get a delightful frisson when someone I'm attracted to messages me. Readily available pornography isn't a substitution for sex.
I am a bit less... surprised about what I see/read on here. |

The answer is both yes and no. We have all been desensitised, you simply cannot exist in the western world without being so, never mind being in a place like Fab. Does that dilute the excitement of meeting people in the really real world? For me, no. Because I’m interested in the actual person far more than how they choose to disrobe online. Most of the visual content on here I give only a brief and cursory glance, how someone looks is less important to me than what they say x |

My earliest memory in the world is a post set stripper telling me how awful men can be.
I don't think I've ever really worried about nudity being a thing. It's only of note if someone is uncomfortable really.
I'm only actively interested in someone's body if I'm actively interested in them as a whole. Otherwise it's just general nudity with the same sort of value as communal showers or getting changed at the swimming pool 💜 |

I think it makes you more desensitised to it all.
However that being said, I’ve always been drawn to a pic that radiates sexiness and gets my mind working rather than a graphic or overly sexual pic.
Likewise in real life, someone who radiates sexiness will always appeal to me more.

I think I've become desensitised to the oddballs on here and nothing shocks me now, in a way it might have before.
I do think I have lost my filter a bit though as I am quite an open book when it comes to talking about things like sex and kink etc. On Saturday I was in a busy city centre bar around 3pm with 7 other swingers before a group social, and myself and a couple were having quite a frank and open discussion about our experiences with kink and swinging forgetting there were other people sat all around us until one of the others pointed out with a laugh that the table of three middle aged men behind us were listening intently to our conversation and looking over  I forget that not everyone is as open about this stuff as I'm so used to socialising with people in the lifestyle these days 🫣 |

I've become desensitised to a lot of stuff on here and in this lifestyle. When I've taken a break previously and come back, it took a bit of getting used to seeing so much penis pics again. Now I'm penis blind.
