Self praise for me
Jump to: Newest in thread
I would like you all to join me in my self praise. In three weeks time I will have given up smoking two years. From 40 a day for 46 years to none and just used good old fashioned will power.
The reason for my self praise is I've had a stressful day and I can say I fancy a cigarette. So I want you all to tell me how well I've done.
I'm expecting this thread to get to 175 |

Congratulations, well done, and you've got this!!!
Go outside, and have a nice deep breathing session. Just like you would if there was a cigarette, but without all the nasties!! x |

"Big UPs and o you I caved in a few days ago and quitting again… and this time I mean it.. again" well I will admit that although I used will power I was in a coma for the first three works but I never started back up
Big help for me was not having any in the house and then the craving passed |

Having never smoked a cigarrette and being utterly disgusted by that vice, coming from chain smoker parents who died of cancer, I suppose I can say it is the best thing you’re doing for your health, especially later in life.
Keep going. |
