Yeah I've been really struggling since the beginning of March as my trigger is tree pollen. I'm on inhalers now too, been really bad this year, worse than normal and the levels are still very high 😭

Way less symptoms
Keto diet with sugar,carbs and alcohol out
I do have local honey daily but I have tried before and this alone lessoned symptoms
Keto diet has definitely reduced overall inflammation
Cut out the shit food and give it a try |
