So many repeat posts these days even within the same day
I’d love a function on here that says something like “there is a similar post running on here” and directs you to it especially if it’s repeated within 24/48 hours.
What other functions would you like this site to have that you think realistically could be added? |

Ooooh that's a good one. Maybe that it's locked after a month would be ideal. Every so often, there's an idea the spreads of resurrecting old threads for a bit of fun which is an absolute cancer to the forums. |

A good feature would be a pause place holder in a "profile above" forum to allow you a minuite really think about what your favourite whatever is before writing your answer - sometimes the replies are for profiles way above the reply. |

A like button, instead of quote posting with a  or filling the thread up saying you agree with something someone said, just like it. Also when someone removes their post it should just disappear instead of removed by poster. |

Single men shouldn’t be able to send the first message (if they’re looking for women/couples)
Women/couples should. It would stop all the men sending shit messages to women, dick pics, messages where they haven’t read the profile etc
Also, to have the ability to send/receive messages you should be a bare minimum photo verified |

This would add a lot of data to the site..,but I wouldn't mind a function leaving a 'voice note' on thread, maybe confined to the OP's opening statement at the top of thread.
There's a couple of more serious/ philosophical threads that I started in the past in which I've found all the replies useful / interesting.
I would have probably found it easier to put my thoughts to a 30-60 second voice note at the start than condensing it into words.
(Most people would think that this is a bad idea I'm guessing.) |

I don't mind if the OP is unoriginal if the responses and content are.
Otherwise it's just a ritualistic cycle, which there's always going to be an element of in any mature forum. Fresh people, fresh ideas.
It would be useful to be able to see a post when replying, rather than have to use reply+quote.
It would also be useful to be able to edit a post, rather than just delete for a few minutes. I'm terrible for checking for typos etc before I post. And then I am like... nah I can't be better bothered to remove and do it again.

When someone hits 'Reply Privately' there should be a prompt that says, 'Consider whether this reply would better placed in the thread than in the users inbox. If you wouldn't post it in the thread, do you think the user wants to receive it?' (or something similar...) |

No that's unworkable and unfair to single men. Couples and females can send shit first messages too, with pictures of Thier genitals.. |
