I always thought my body clock knows how to beat the alarm, I can't remember the last time I didn't wake up before it went off!
...but even on a weekend, no alarm, I'm still awake at stupid o'clock (although 'awake' and 'up' are two different things!) |

Well we now live in Spain and it’s going to be 30 degrees later today so I was up at 07:30 and went for a gentle swim in the communal pool while it’s so nice and quiet - followed by drying off on the terrace with a coffee
Nice way to start a Sunday …. |
