Meatballs (3/4qtrs beef & a 1/3rd pork) in a tomato sauce with Linguine and a scattering of Gran Padano cheese.

All home made, I tenderly rolled the balls myself; well I’m known for doing so.

Herby & garlicky balls in a thick 🍅 sauce & a glass or 2 of 🍷

A lovely pasta bake with juicy, perfectly round meatballs releasing warm, savory juices that mingle seductively with the melted cheese and al dente pasta. The pasta, smothered in an mouth wattering creamy tomato cheese sauce with luxuriously strings of cheese and a sauce robust enough to awaken all your senses. A bit of sultry heat, a little whisper of garlic and laced with basil and oregano. All teasing your palate and coaxing you closer. Breaking through that top golden blanket, feeling the soft give of the pasta and the satisfying firmness of meat is like a symphony of textures dancing across your tongue. Earthy, arousing, intoxicating flavours that are utterly impossible to resist

"A lovely pasta bake with juicy, perfectly round meatballs releasing warm, savory juices that mingle seductively with the melted cheese and al dente pasta.

So pasta and sauce, gotcha. "

And little firm meatbals
