"I used to use 50+, for sensitive skin, and reapply frequently. My partner introduced me to Calypso once a day sun protection, a few years ago. I was very skeptical at first, thought I'd burn - but we spent a lot of time in the sun that year, naked, and I was all good! It was, I think, factor 30, then went down to 20. Tried 10 this year but not enough for me, minimum 20. Do make sure you follow instructions though - both regarding first application, the very first time you use it, and further down the line. It has be applied a minimum of 15 minutes before sun exposure. Also, we warned - it can be a bit greasy on the hands, and it smells like having vodka for breakfast when you're applying it. " Thanks for this been using P20 various factors of protection for years but they changed it and this year was less effective abd I got burned ![]()

Maybe your skin was just not ready for all the exposure you got? Unless you're one of those lucky people who go on regular holidays to hot countries.
