"8 hours solid sleep "
I ticked that off my bucket list last night … nearly 9 hours. Unheard of for me since 2010.
Now too of my list is needing to find that live in masseuse and housework lover. Let’s hope that doesn’t take 15 years! |

I did 9h58m last Sunday which was incredible. Sleep score 92 as well 😴
I'm glad anytime it's over 8 which is my goal too, only manage it on some weekends usually. |
