Careful with the Zinc buddy. Great for the immune system but very easy to take too much and it is a heavy metal. If you were taking it for health benefits and to restore normal levels that's one thing. Could be risky for the sake of a large load! God speed 🫡 |

Not wishing to cross any boundaries I'd question why you want to achieve this (and I'm not expecting an answer). If it's for personal reasons then you should probably get medical advice, or at the very least research it on respected medical sites, rather than taking advice from a bunch of strangers who may or may not have medical knowledge. |
